Zelalem Import & Export, along with Zelalem Biomedical Trading & Engineering and Pacific Water Well Drilling & Engineering, is a leading general trading company in Ethiopia. Since our establishment in 2009 (2002 E.C.), we have remained committed to delivering dependable, high-quality products at competitive prices, supported by flexible and affordable payment plans.

We primarily serve the southern regions of Ethiopia — including Sidama, CENRS, SENRS, SWENRS — as well as parts of Oromia. As part of our growth strategy, we are continuously expanding our branch and service center network to stay closer to our customers and meet their evolving needs.

Our organization currently employs over 70+ skilled professionals across all branches. Our head office is located in Hawassa, with an additional branch office in Addis Ababa, ensuring efficient and accessible service throughout our operational regions.
